Location is excellent, just a couple blocks from the Riverwalk. Breakfast options were limited and not very fresh. The kitchenette in the room is a great feature for families. Valet parking is available but pricey. Pet-friendly environment was a nice touch. The atmosphere at the breakfast area could be improved. Overall, it met my needs but could have been cleaner.

The hotel is just a few steps from the beautiful River Walk and very close to all the main attractions like the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center and Main Plaza, making it super convenient for exploring the city's vibrant culture, with tons of great restaurants like La Panaderia and Bohanan's Bar within easy walking distance; the friendly staff and delicious breakfast were additional highlights during my stay, but the elevator issues could use some improvement.

A key highlight is La Panadería Bakery Café across the street, offering the best pastries. the cleanliness of the rooms fell short. Stains on couches, peeling trim, and buildup in the shower suggested a gap in maintenance. Pool size was misrepresented, and the breakfast area could become overcrowded quickly. We faced an overbooking issue, relocating to a sister hotel lacking an indoor pool. HVAC noise disrupted our sleep. A more attentive housekeeping team would elevate the experience. With improvements, this could be a top choice.

the hotel is super clean, and the location is so close to the riverwalk. most of the staff is super friendly, and the free breakfast was pretty good. the lady at breakfast was so sweet. also, they have a business center with free printing - which was so helpful for our conference.

Our three-day stay at this downtown hotel was perfect. The location was ideal, just a block away from the river walk and close to all the attractions, especially the theater. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information for our stay. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the 24-hour reception.
The only issue we had during our stay was with the air conditioning. While it worked well when it kicked on, it would get uncomfortably warm when it turned off, as if the heat was coming on instead.
